Jeff Brown has lived in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina since 1989. He and his wife Jon Ellen, raised their two children in a small town near Winston-Salem. They enjoyed the laid-back local lifestyle, but also took advantage of the amenities offered by the bigger cities in the area.
Jeff and Jon Ellen said the Piedmont Triad was the perfect place to raise their children. It was affordable and offered their family the best lifestyle. Trips to the beach in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, and the vibrant local culture which included local fall fairs, rafting, fishing, picnics, boating, and plenty of pool time, created a lifestyle full of fond memories. Now, the two look forward to making new memories there with their four grandchildren.
Jeff is a successful business owner and Realtor® with a lifelong interest in advancing affordable housing. It started in 1975 when he sold his first home, a mobile home, to a young married couple who were looking for affordable housing in rural WV. Forty Six years later he is still helping others fulfill their dream of home ownership.

As mentioned, early in his career, Jeff sold mostly doublewide and modular homes that were permanently placed on rural, country land. As a former owner/operator of several factory-built home dealerships and developments, Jeff has been involved in the sale of 1000’s of homes in WV, VA, and NC. As a Realtor, Jeff has leveraged this experience to become the Piedmont Triad’s top Manufactured Home (MH) Listing Agent.

Elizabeth, her husband Devin of 28 years, and their beautiful daughter Hannah had their hearts captivated by both the area and the people when they moved to NC many years ago and decided to call it their home. They especially loved the wonderful education and the great colleges and universities in NC. Hannah, their daughter, is currently a student at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro studying Criminology.
Devin is a sought-after General Contractor (GC) and Builder throughout the Southeast and the Eastern Seaboard. As such, he is a valuable source of information for Elizabeth when it comes to questions regarding construction. She jokingly laughs when she says, “My contractor is on speed dial and he takes my calls.”
Elizabeth, a native New Yorker, began her career as a professional dancer at the age of 15. She then proceeded to broaden her artistic skills by becoming an actor as well as a writer, director and choreographer through the years. She enjoyed maximizing her artistic skills and was very blessed to be taught by some of the best in the entertainment industry.
With many TV and film credits under her belt and partially due to COVID 19 imposed restrictions, Elizabeth concluded that it was time for a career shift. Becoming a NC Real Estate Broker was an easy choice. She is thankful for the opportunity to serve and always enjoys sharing and helping others with their real estate needs. Elizabeth hopes to one day be able to work with her husband, combining their skills in an innovative and unique way. As an actor, Elizabeth crafted many talents that are not available in the real estate agent pool. For example, when it comes to a Virtual Showing, no one does it better than her.
Elizabeth shares her exclusive talents with her clients, which include advertisements by a Producer, home presentations by an Actor, home staging created by a Director, and of course her professional relationships with the general public.

Jon Ellen Brown and her family moved from Bluefield, Virginia to North Carolina in 1989. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 41 years and have two children and four grandchildren. The highlights of each year are visiting with her children and grandchildren who reside in Colorado, and spending summer vacations with them on annual family trips to NC and SC beaches.
Along with her family, Jon Ellen loves the wonderful friendships she has developed in the Piedmont Triad and the foothills of NC. She believes the people in this area are second to none. Meeting new people and making friends has always been a favorite pastime of hers, and the Real Estate and Auction Business gives her the added opportunity to make new friends daily.
Jon Ellen is an accomplished businesswoman and administrator. She has an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned, and operated a successful suntanning business, which she turned into a sales and distributorship business of sunbeds, products, and tanning supplies, across the two Virginias. She later joined and grew a successful network organization, and Co-Managed, along with her husband, a modular home sales and land development company. One of her favorite roles, before joining Broker Associates, was with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, in Winston Salem, NC, where she was the Project Coordinator for Managed Print Services, over all their campuses. This encompassed new sites, acquisitions, training and reporting. It was a huge and rewarding task, which she will always cherish.
Jon Ellen manages the marketing of the properties listed, for Broker Associates, and their back-office operations. She is a believer in their operational systems and procedures and makes certain the systems are followed. To ensure this, she assists in the training of the company’s employees and agents. As a result, they know how to get the job done in the most appropriate way. She says, “the systems and procedures bring consistency to our business and the outcome of consistency is Customer Satisfaction.”
